What to include in your enquiry
A useful first message has four things, and nothing else is required. Write them in any order — we will ask for the rest.
- 1 The address or the area — a street, a district, or a town is enough to start.
- 2 The type of property: private garden, courtyard, shared building, park, or commercial green space.
- 3 A sentence about what you want done — planting, paving, drainage, clearing, or a regular upkeep schedule.
- 4 Roughly when you would like it to happen, and whether the date is fixed or flexible.
Photos help a great deal, especially for kertfenntartás work and for anything involving levels or drainage. If you already hold a design or a quote from another contractor, mention it and we will tell you how we would approach the same scope.

Booking a site visit
Site visits are how builds, tereprendezés work, and larger maintenance contracts begin. We check access for machinery, water and power points, the state of the ground, and any planting worth keeping. A private garden usually takes under an hour.

The written scope covers what will be done, in what order, and which parts depend on weather or on other trades finishing first. There is no charge for the visit itself within our normal working area, which is Győr and the surrounding region.
Maintenance enquiries
For recurring garden care you do not always need a visit first. Send photos of the garden and a note on its approximate size, and we can give a range and propose a schedule that fits the year.
If the site is large, overgrown, or shared between several owners, a visit is worth arranging so the scope is accurate and the cost is not guessed at. Maintenance arrangements are set out in writing, with the tasks and the expected rhythm for the season.

Response times
We aim to reply to enquiries within one to two working days, and sooner during quieter periods. Site visits are usually arranged within a week, though spring and autumn are busier and may take longer.
If your enquiry is time-sensitive, say so in the message and we will tell you honestly whether we can meet the date. We would rather give you a realistic time than a rushed one.

We also take on projects elsewhere in Hungary, particularly maintenance and green-space contracts where a clear scope and schedule make the distance workable. Do I need a site visit before you can quote?
For a straightforward maintenance arrangement, photos and a size estimate are usually enough to give a range. For builds, earthworks, drainage, or level changes, a visit is the only honest way to quote, because access, slope, and what lies under the surface all affect the work.
How many photos should I send?
Two or three wide shots showing the whole garden, plus close-ups of anything that concerns you — a damp corner, a broken edge, a hedge that has grown out of shape. Wide shots matter more than detail shots for a first estimate.
Can you work from a design someone else prepared?
Often, yes. Send the drawings or the scope document with your message and we will review it and tell you how we would build the same thing — including where the plan may need adjusting for the ground on site.
What happens if the weather delays the work?
The written scope names which parts depend on weather — earthworks, drainage, and paving usually do. When a date has to move we tell you as early as we can, and we agree the new one with you rather than simply turning up later.
Do you handle green waste from the site?
Clippings, prunings, and cleared material are taken away as part of the job, and the written scope states what is included. For large clearances the volume is discussed before work begins so nothing is left on your kerb.
