Zöld Liget Kertépítés és Parkfenntartás
Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of this website, operated by Zöld Liget Kertépítés és Parkfenntartás, Szent Imre út 112, 9026 Győr, Hungary. They set out what you can expect from the site and what we ask of you while using it.
What these terms cover
Seven short chapters, written plainly. Each one below explains a single part of how this website works and where our responsibility ends.
Two related documents sit beside this page. The Privacy Policy explains what happens to personal data, and the Cookie Policy covers the cookies used on the site.
Terms in practice
Written for Győr and across Hungary
Use of the site
You may use this website for lawful purposes and to ask about our services. That includes browsing the service pages, reading about garden design and maintenance, and sending an enquiry through the contact form.
While using the site you agree not to interfere with its normal operation, not to attempt unauthorised access to any part of it, and not to run automated tools that extract content in bulk. Copying page text or images into another website or publication is not permitted without written consent.
We keep the site available as best we can, but planned maintenance or events outside our control can interrupt access. If a page fails or something looks wrong, telling us helps us fix it sooner.
Content and accuracy
Descriptions are not offers
The content on this site describes our services in general terms. Pages about garden design and build, green-space maintenance, and earthworks explain what those services involve, how they are usually planned, and what they typically require on site.
None of that text is an offer. Specific scope, timing, and pricing are agreed separately in writing after a site assessment where one is required. Two gardens in the same street can need different preparation, different planting, and a different schedule, so we confirm the details for your site rather than applying a standard package.
Where we publish examples or photographs of completed work, they illustrate the kind of result we aim for. They are not a promise that your project will look the same, and they do not replace the written scope agreed for your job.
Enquiries and quotes
Submitting the contact form does not create a contract. It starts a conversation: we read your message, ask any questions we need answered, and arrange a visit if the job calls for one.
Any quote or scope we provide is valid for the period stated in it and is based on the information available at the time. If site conditions differ from what was described — ground that needs more preparation than expected, access that is tighter than it looked, or existing planting that changes the plan — the scope may be revised. We will always explain why before work continues.
Enquiries can be sent to [email protected] or by phone on +36 1 253 1813. We answer enquiries Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
Progress from first message to agreed work
Nothing becomes binding until both sides confirm the written scope. Until then, either side can step back without obligation.
Intellectual property
Text, images, and other content on this site belong to Zöld Liget or are used with permission. That covers the written service descriptions, the layout of the pages, and the photographs that illustrate our work.
You may not reproduce or republish content without prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial reference. If you want to cite a passage or share an image in a way that goes beyond that, ask us first and we will tell you what is possible.
Third-party links
Where the site links to external websites — a supplier, a public authority, or another organisation — we do not control their content and are not responsible for it.
Following such links is at your own discretion. If you notice a link that no longer points where it should, let us know and we will correct or remove it.
Liability
Limits of care
We take care to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not warrant uninterrupted access or freedom from errors. Pages can be edited, moved, or temporarily taken down while we update them.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. This does not limit rights you have under Hungarian consumer law, and it does not change any obligation we take on separately in a signed scope of work for a project.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Hungarian law, and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent Hungarian courts.
If a single provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Where these terms and a signed project scope disagree, the signed scope takes precedence for the work it covers.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here is the one that applies, and the date below shows when it last changed.
Questions can be sent to Zöld Liget Kertépítés és Parkfenntartás, Szent Imre út 112, 9026 Győr, Hungary, or by email to [email protected].

Questions visitors ask about these terms
Short answers to the points that come up most often. If yours is not here, write to us and we will answer directly.
Does sending the contact form commit me to anything?
No. An enquiry starts a conversation, not a contract. Nothing becomes binding until both sides confirm a written scope that sets out the work, the timing, and the price.
Can the quote change after a visit?
It can, if site conditions differ from what was described. Ground that needs more preparation, tighter access, or existing planting that changes the plan are the usual reasons. We explain what changed and why before any further work starts.
May I reuse text or photos from this website?
For personal, non-commercial reference, yes. For anything else — a publication, a client document, a social post that reproduces an image — ask us in writing first and we will say what is possible.
Which law applies if something goes wrong?
Hungarian law governs these terms, and disputes fall under the competent Hungarian courts. Your rights under Hungarian consumer law are unaffected by anything written here.
How do I know when these terms change?
The version published on this page is the one that applies, and the date at the end of the chapters above shows when it last changed. We update that date whenever we revise the text.
Still have a question about the terms?
Write to us with the wording you are unsure about and we will explain it in plain language. If your question is about a project rather than the website, the contact page covers how to send the details we need.
